For PINTA, KAABAG! PHCCI DIGITAL ARTS DESIGN COMPETITION 2023

By participating, I hereby agree to be bound by its Rules and Guidelines.

I hereby agree and acknowledge that the digital arts design that I will submit as my entry in the competition may be used by Perpetual Help Community Cooperative (PHCCI) as design for its collaterals. In the event that I will be declared as one of the winners, I acknowledge that I may also be contracted as designer of the PHCCI t-shirts.

I hereby further release, discharge, and hold harmless PHCCI or any of its authorized representatives from any claims and liabilities whatsoever, arising out or in connection to, directly or indirectly from my participation in the competition.
